This includes free setup, installation, a comprehensive initial user training programme, launch advice and materials, ongoing user training, a highly trained helpdesk, best practice advice, updates and bespoke development to meet individual school needs. This level of support is unique and provided at no extra cost. We do not simply install a system, provide initial technical training and then help you if you have technical query. The Project Team work closely with every school on an ongoing basis to ensure they get all the help and advice they need to maximise the benefits of the system.
